Enjoyed efficient and affable staff and reasonably spacious hotel.
The double room was spacious with very comfy beds. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a bathtub. The location of the hotel was easy, in the bar area for entertainment.

Nice looking and reasonably priced venue, easy location close to restaurants, taxi from station and open areas, liked our stay. We booked tastefully decorated and brand-new room with iron and the bathroom. ...

The staff were very friendly and helpful, esp the reception staff.
We waited 20 minutes for someone to come and serve at the bar. Our room did have any toiletries in it we had to call down for some. Our tv in the room did work properly we called down to get it fixed on the 1st night but nothing got done about it.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The room was comfortable, with a nice bed that provided a good night's sleep. Staff were attentive and made the check-in process smooth.
While I enjoyed the breakfast, I struggled to find hot water for tea.

Staff very friendly and helpful
The general layout of the rceiption, bar and lounge area. The high cost of the sandwich that we had on our late arrival. Charging for the bottle of water provided in the room. The high cost of breakfast which we chose not to have.

We found the staff very knowledgable about the area and they advised us to get a taxi to the mk Bowl to see the Foo Fighters. This was very useful as we would not have been able to find it! The hotel has a lovely indoor swimming pool...

The kids loved seeing the animals up close, and the hotel made it easy for us with comfortable rooms. Loved the service. When we arrived late, staff ensured dinner was made and brought it to our room!
My kids wished there were more activities for them, like a play area. Although the rooms were decent, some updates would really elevate the family experience.

Room, was spacious, and clean.
No Air conditoning in the room! it was very hot the weekend we stayed! We waited a long time to check in and when we did the receptionist booked us in under the wrong name. he never checked first name just surname. Then told me he had asked me if that booking was correct! I would not say yes to another persons name!!!! in my opinion there is not enough staff on the front desk during the busy periods, people were waiting quite a long time to check in!
